Eligible students can apply online through the Digital Gujarat Portal.

Visit the Digital Gujarat Portal at https://www.digitalgujarat.gov.in/
Click on ‘Register’ to access the registration form.
Enter your mobile number, email, set a password, and click ‘Save’.
Log in using your mobile number or email and password after registration.
Update your profile by clicking on ‘My Profile’ and filling in the required information.
Select ‘Scholarship Services’ under services, then click on ‘SC Scheme’.
Choose the financial year for your application and select the scheme, then click ‘Continue to Service’.
Complete the application form and upload all necessary documents before submitting.
