Eligible applicants include institutions based in Goa that have been operational for at least 15 years and have made significant contributions to art and culture. Institutions must not have any government employees or family members in government service. Preference is given to those involved in cultural education.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted offline to the Directorate of Art & Culture in Goa.

Visit the Directorate Of Art & Culture, Government of Goa, at Shram Shakti Bhavan, Panaji.
Obtain the application form either by printing it or requesting a hard copy from the authority.
Complete the application form, including a passport-sized photograph and required documents.
Submit the filled application form and documents to the ACO-III at the Directorate of Art & Culture.
