Benefits

The fellowship provides a monthly stipend of ₹45,000 along with a 10% house rent allowance and an annual contingency grant of ₹75,000. The fellowship duration is up to two years.

Applicants must be permanent residents of Kerala, aged up to 40 years, and should not be permanent employees. They must have a Ph.D. in science or engineering and at least one publication in an SCI journal. Previous recipients of post-doctoral fellowships are ineligible to apply.

The maximum age limit for applicants is 40 years, with relaxations of 3 years for OBC and 5 years for SC/ST candidates.

No, individuals who have previously availed a post-doctoral fellowship from KSCSTE or any other source are not eligible to apply.
