How to apply

Interested individuals can apply online through the official Sambal portal.

Visit the Sambal portal at sambal.mp.gov.in.
Register your family by entering your mobile number linked to your Aadhaar and authenticate via OTP.
Provide your Aadhaar number and enter the new OTP.
Fill in your basic details and complete address, then submit the registration.
Under 'Sevaaye', click on 'Panchikaran Hetu Aavedan Kren'.
Enter your Samagra ID and Pariwar ID.
Complete the online application form and submit it.
