Benefits

The government covers all expenses related to printing and publishing the book, while retaining copyright. Authors also receive an honorarium for their work.

How to apply

Interested authors should apply through the Directorate of Art & Culture in Goa.

  1. Visit the Directorate Of Art & Culture, Government of Goa, in Panaji.
  2. Request a hard copy of the application form from the concerned authority.
  3. Complete the application form, including a passport-sized photograph and required documents.
  4. Submit the filled application form and documents to the ACO-II at the Directorate of Art & Culture.
