Who is eligible?

Eligible applicants include technical and engineering colleges, as well as university departments and polytechnic institutes located in North East India. Institutions must have been operational for at least five years and cannot have any government employees or family members in government service among their staff.
What you get
Beneficiaries can receive a one-time grant of up to ₹1,500,000 to address issues related to water supply, electricity, and internet connectivity on their campuses.
How to apply
Interested institutions must download and complete the application form, ensuring it is signed by the head of the institute, and submit it along with required documents via registered post to the AICTE.

- PWD/CPWD rate certificate of the project
- Conformity with the norms as suggested by the AICTE
- Mode of construction details
- Certificate from the Principal/Competent Authority regarding funding
