Benefits

Beneficiaries receive a one-time subsidy of up to ₹25,000 or 50% of the vehicle cost, whichever is lower, to purchase a new gearless or auto-geared two-wheeler. The remaining cost must be covered by the beneficiary through personal funds or loans.

Eligible applicants must be female residents of Tamil Nadu aged between 18 and 40 years, with an annual income not exceeding ₹2,50,000. How to apply

Applications can be submitted offline through designated forms available for rural and urban areas in Tamil Nadu.

Obtain the application form for rural or urban areas from the Tamil Nadu Corporation for Development of Women or the specified online links.
Attach a passport-sized photograph in the designated space on the form.
Fill in personal details such as name, address, date of birth, and educational qualifications.
Provide details of the vehicle you wish to purchase, including the invoice quotation and bank details if applying for a loan.
Include all required documents as specified in the application form.
Sign and date the application form before submission.
Submit the completed form to the respective Block offices or Urban Local Bodies.
