Benefits

Eligible beneficiaries receive a monthly pension of ₹2,500. If they are already receiving a lower pension from other schemes, they will receive the difference up to ₹2,500.

Applicants must be Indian citizens, retired seamen aged 60 or older, or widows of deceased seamen who have resided in Goa for at least 15 years. They should not be income tax payers, have no government employees in their family, and their annual income must not exceed ₹120,000.

How to apply

Applications must be submitted offline through the NRI Commission in Goa.

Visit the NRI Commission office in Goa.
Obtain the application form either online or by requesting a hard copy.
Complete the application form, including a passport-sized photograph and required documents.
Submit the filled application form along with all necessary documents to the concerned authority.
