How to apply

  3. The council compiles applications and develops an Annual Action Plan.
  4. The Annual Action Plan is submitted to the Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare.
  5. Funds are released to the states by the central government.
  6. Regional councils receive funds to benefit farmers.
