  2. Click on the Citizen login tab and verify your mobile number.
  3. Enter personal details including Full Name, State, District, and Village, then create an account.
  4. Log in using your User ID, Password, and Captcha code.
  5. Select 'Beneficiary Registration' under the 'Data Entry' tab.
  6. Fill in the required details and choose whether applying for the first or second child.
  7. Submit the completed application form.
